Each plan includes monthly content update requests to keep your site fresh and accurate.
One update request includes:
- Text or copy changes (up to 200 words)
- Image replacement (same size and placement)
- Contact information updates (phone, email, address, hours)
- Adding or removing existing content blocks
- Menu or service list updates
Billed separately at $100/hour (1-hour minimum):
- New pages or sections
- Design or layout changes
- New features or functionality
- Form modifications
- Third-party integrations
- Major content additions (over 200 words)
- Restructuring or reorganizing content
Support and Communication
Response times by plan:
- Starter: 48-72 hours via email
- Professional: 24-48 hours via email
- Premium: 24 hours via email + monthly strategy call
You'll work directly with me throughout your entire project—no account managers, no handoffs. Every email, every call, every line of code comes from the same person who understands your business and your goals.
Communication hours: Business inquiries handled Monday-Friday, with availability for urgent issues on weekends.

- Professional: 6-8 weeks from final content delivery
